Antibacterial Effect: Probiotics prevent the growth of harmful bacteria that have the potential to cause disease in the body, thanks to the antimicrobial metabolites they secrete. As a result of studies with NBC Probiotics Series, effective results have been obtained on many pathogenic microorganisms.

Fenotipik Analizler

Genotipik Analizler

Probiyotiklerin genetik materyal temelli analizler sonrası sahip oldukları özelliklerinin tespitedilmesi ve bu özelliklere göre sınıflandırılmasını destekleyenanalizlerdir. NBC Probiyotik Serisi’ndeki suşlar için 16S rRNA ve WGS analizleri yapılmıştır.

Bağırsak Tutunma Kabiliyeti

Caco-2 hücreleri kullanılarak tasarlanan deney düzeneği ile probiyotiklerin bağırsak yüzeyine tutunma/yapışma potansiyeli tespit edilmektedir.
NBC bünyesinde üretilen probiyotikler bağırsak duvarına tutunma kabiliyetine sahiptir.

Gastrointestinal Sistemde Asit ve Alkali Ortamlara Dayanıklılık

SHIME modeli üzerinden tasarlanan deney düzeneği ile probiyotiklerin gastrointestinal sistemdeki asit ve alkali ortamlara dayanıklılığı tespit edilmektedir. SHIME modeli ile yapılan çalışmalarda NBC Probiyotik Serisi’nin gastrointestinal sistem asit ve alkali sıvılarına dayanıklı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Beta Galaktosidaz Etki

Beta galaktosidaz, laktozun glikoz ve galaktoza hidrolizini katalizleyen enzimdir. NBC Probiyotik Serisi’nin beta galaktosidaz etki gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Lizozim Direnç

Lizozim bakterilerin hücre duvarını parçalayan bir enzimdir. Yapılan çalışmalarda NBC Probiyotik Serisi’nin lizozime karşı dirençli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
